Are there any one-time fees or set-up fees ?

No. We don't have any fees other than the monthly fees listed in the plans.

What types of payment do you accept ?

We accept both debit and credit cards from Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, JCB and Diners Club. If you prefer checks, money order or ACH, please email our support team to signup.

Are core features same across all plans ?

Yes. Plans differ only based on number of contracts you can store. Other than number of contracts, all plans come with same features and same support options.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime ?

Yes, Of course. Based on your needs and usage, you can upgrade or downgrade your plans anytime.

Can I cancel the plan anytime ?

Yes. All our plans are month to month. You can cancel the plan anytime by clicking the cancel button in your account management or by reaching out to our support.

Is there a corporate discount for multiple licenses ?

Do you offer a free product trial ?

Yes. All our plans come with a 30 day free trial. We will only charge your card after the 30 days.

Why do you need a card for free trial ?

We require a card only to discourage spam users from signing up multiple accounts. If you are a genuine user, please be assured that you will only see a charge after 30 days.
